Luvin by Canovii “Luvin” warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its stainless steel kitchen sinks (the “Product”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns their home (the “Warranty Period”).
The product must be purchased through an authorized Luvin reseller or distributor.
The product must be installed and used in a single-family residential property.
The product must be cleaned and maintained according to Luvin’s official care instructions.
During the applicable Warranty Period, Luvin will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product or component found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Replacement will be made at no charge for the product itself; however, labour, removal, installation, freight, and shipping costs are not covered and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If the Product model or finish is no longer available, Luvin reserves the right to supply a comparable replacement at its discretion.

Submit a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice showing the purchase date and the authorized dealer’s name.

Submit clear photographs or a short video that accurately shows the defect and the affected product area.

Provide proof of the original installation address together with any relevant installation information available.
