The product must be purchased through an authorized Canovii reseller or distributor.
Used in a
single-family
The product must be installed and used in a single-family residential property.
Has been
properly installed
The product must be cleaned and maintained according to Canovii’s official care instructions.
Commercial and Multi-Residential Use
Lifetime
Limited Warranty.
Five (5) Years
Limited Warranty.
Remedy
During the applicable Warranty Period, Canovii will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product or component found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Replacement will be made at no charge for the product itself; however, labour, removal, installation, freight, and shipping costs are not covered and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If the Product model or finish is no longer available, Canovii reserves the right to supply a comparable replacement at its discretion.
Exclusions
Normal Wear & Tear
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, chips, stains, water spots, and discoloration.
Improper Use & Abuse
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, impact, or failure to follow installation, cleaning, or maintenance instructions.
Chemical & Surface Damage
Corrosion or surface damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, chlorides, or acidic cleaners.
Improper Installation
Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, negligence, or the use of non-Canovii accessories or components.
Harsh Environment Use
Products used in outdoor environments or exposed to extreme temperatures, corrosive chemicals, or saltwater.
Indirect Damage Claims
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, labor costs, or replacement of adjacent surrounding materials.
Proof of Purchase & Claim Procedure

Submit a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice showing the purchase date and the authorized dealer’s name.

Submit clear photographs or a short video that accurately shows the defect and the affected product area.

Warranty Coverage
Are there any limitations of liability?
Yes. This is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Canovii. Any implied warranties are limited to the applicable warranty period, and Canovii is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages where permitted by law.
Can this warranty be transferred?
No. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners, occupants, or new installations.
Which laws govern this warranty?
This warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
What consumer rights do I have?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary depending on your province, state, or country.
Are there any legal exceptions?
Yes. Some provinces, states, or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you.
